Vincent Sliwoski, 律师
Vincent毕业于路易斯与克拉克法学院（Lewis and Clark Law School）。他在该校曾以其在学识、领导力和服务项目的优异表现而入选为科尼利厄斯荣誉学会（Cornelius Honor Society）成员。此外，他还是菲利普杰瑟普国际法大西洋中区竞赛（Philip C. Jessup International Law Mid-Atlantic Competition）冠军，并且在2009年赢得美国最佳「代理词」。
在进入法律行业以前，Vincent曾居住于日本，并在亚洲、欧洲和美国等地工作、旅行。他掌握流利的西班牙语，也会说基础的日语。后来他在纽约市居住时，曾在一间代理Bob Dylan、Lou Reed和其他艺人的精品型信息技术法律事务所工作。
作为一名俄勒冈州创意文化的积极支持者，Vincent自2011年以来便担任「皮卡森音乐节」（Pickathon Music Festival）的法律顾问。 自2013年至今，他一直担任波特兰好莱坞剧院董事会成员。此外，他也是俄勒冈州律师协会知识产权部执行委员会成员之一，且为《波特兰水星》（Portland Mercury）大麻法周专栏撰文者。周末休息时，Vincent喜欢与他的妻子和友人一同探索太平洋西北地区之美。

Advise business owners on entity selection, liability protection and a wide variety of business agreements
Islands Tanning & MedSpa MC, LLC v. Islands Tanning and Med Spa, Inc.: Represented franchisee in seven-day jury trial, alleging violation of franchise laws, unlawful business trade practices, fraud, breach of contract, interference with business relations, and intentional infliction of emotional distress; successfully prosecuted claims against franchisor and prevailed on all counts.
Stuart L. Bailey and Christalle Anne Ezelle v. Spectrum Construction Pacific LTD: Represented plaintiff homeowner and third party defendant Umpqua Bank. Prevailed on summary judgment, resulting in dismissal of wrongful attempt by contractor to foreclose construction lien.
Alfieri v. Solomon: Wrote briefs to Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court in pending case, arguing that the mediation confidentiality provisions of ORS 36.220-36.238, do not shield attorneys in legal malpractice actions arising out of an attorney’s conduct at mediation.
