Daniel Dersham, 律师

Daniel Dersham

Daniel’s practice centers on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes and commercial real estate law. His success in Federal and State trials, arbitrations, and mediations has made him a sought-after legal adviser not only for corporate clients, but also for individual owners and landlords seeking representation on a variety of real estate issues and disputes, such as leasing, land use, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Harris Bricken, Daniel was a partner at the San Francisco boutique business and litigation firm of Willey & Bentaleb. Daniel also clerked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Environmental Enforcement Section, and for the Honorable C. Allen McConnell of the Toledo Municipal Court. He also interned with the City of Toledo Department of Law’s Prosecutorial Section.

Before law school, Daniel served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Jordan from 2006 to 2008, where he  taught English and worked in youth development. Daniel is a classically trained percussionist, and is proficient in Arabic. On the weekends, Daniel enjoys mountain biking in the Bay Area and backpacking through California’s wilderness.
