Leaders at the Forefront of the National and Global Cannabis and Psychedelics Industries

Providing industry-expert legal planning, regulatory support, corporate guidance, and compliance strategies, we help our clients build the durable legal frameworks they need for long-term growth and success.

Since 2010, we’ve been helping new drug therapy businesses navigate rapidly evolving regulation and policy not only across the many U.S. states that have implemented legalizing legislation, but also in Canada, Australia, Mexico and the European Union, where similar progress is being made. Our new drug therapies team is consulted regularly by legislators and members of the judiciary, and publishes industry-leading opinions that help educate operators, legislators, and the public.

And as in all areas in which we operate, our new drug therapies attorneys leverage their business knowledge and international networks to help our clients develop cost-effective legal strategies that support global business objectives.
