We are looking for self-motivated, strategic-minded Marketing Manager to guide and manage our law firm’s marketing efforts. Should have experience with developing an overall marketing plan, developing and approving marketing campaigns, and measuring marketing ROI. The position calls for working closely with the firm’s attorneys to determine trends and help with law practice direction. At least three years of law firm marketing experience is required. Our office sustains a tight knit community of productive multi-taskers.   • Manage internet marketing initiatives, including SEO efforts, website vendor relationship, Google AdWords campaigns and the maintenance of website content.
  • Manage advertising, communications, branding, social media and public relations efforts and activities.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on a regular basis to expand business development/marketing efforts that include creating, tracking and implementing individual marketing plans.
  • Perform research and keep updated on market and business trends related to the legal industry and the practice of cannabis, corporate, and international law, as well as the competitive landscape of the greater market areas we operate in, and the overall experience of individual attorneys.
  • Identify industry/community/civic involvement and recognition opportunities for the Firm and individual attorneys. Work with necessary individuals in drafting and submitting award and recognition nominations.
  • Manage outside vendor relationships as necessary for marketing collateral, promotional items, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate event planning process surrounding various Firm events and attorney business development efforts.
  • Oversee two part time marketing assistants.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Business.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or similar field; preferably legal marketing
  • Experience with social media marketing initiatives.
  • Good understanding of marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
