Bill Kiendl, Attorney

Bill Kiendl

Bill is a highly experienced state and federal court litigator in Washington who has also worked extensively with attorneys in other jurisdictions in the prosecution and defense of lawsuits. A thorough and effective communicator, Bill is known for working closely with clients to help them gain a deep understanding of the possible outcomes, risks, and costs of their disputes. With this understanding, Bill is able to successfully manage the disputes so as to both advance our client’s goals and protect their interests.

In addition to litigation procedures, Bill is also well-versed in mediation, legal research, client reporting, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for and delivering court arguments.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys attending University of Washington football games, Seattle Mariners baseball games, Seattle Thunderbirds hockey games, and local airshows featuring vintage aircraft. He also plays tennis (badly) with his son.
