Originally from the Russian Far East, Tatiana came to the US in 1995 and graduated from Willamette University with a joint JD and MBA degree in 2000. In 2000, Tatiana joined a large regional firm in Portland, Oregon and, after 16 years of practice (first, as an associate and then, as a partner), Tatiana created her own firm in Portland to provide corporate, securities and transactional advice. After a year of working solo, Tatiana joined Harris Bricken to continue growing her investment funds and complex domestic and international transactions practice.
