Syed is a corporate paralegal in Harris Bricken’s Los Angeles office. He assists clients with entity formations, entity management, corporate transactions, and corporate agreements. Syed has several years of experience in both corporate transactional and litigation matters, and his extensive experience provides him with the skill set necessary to readily provide excellent support to our clients.
Syed graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science, with a concentration in international relations. His coursework at UCLA included a heavy emphasis in business management. While in college, Syed spent his time concurrently working full-time in the legal industry at various firms, broadening his legal knowledge in many practice areas. He is now a JD Candidate at Southwestern Law School, where he has participated in negotiation competitions and mock trials.
In his spare time, Syed enjoys watching and playing basketball, video games, hiking, discovering new foods and restaurants, and spending time with his fiance, family, and friends.
