Jack Scrantom

Jack advises clients on a wide range of matters at the intersection of business and immigration, including workforce and mobility planning, cross-border employment, and permanent residency and specialty visa issues. He also helps individuals seeking permanent residence in the U.S. as entrepreneurs, company executives, or investors in U.S. enterprises. Jack has extensive experience advocating for clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as the Administrative Appeals Office.

In addition to his immigration law experience, Jack has also worked on matters involving commercial claims in international jurisdictions and on developing best practices for arbitration provisions in international commercial contracts.

Jack attended the University of Idaho College of Law, and outside of work, is an avid fly fisherman and experienced guide. He is also a serious reader, enjoys listening to and collecting records, and practicing Muay Thai.
