Caroline Gschwend, Paralegal

Caroline Gschwend

Caroline supports the International Trade team with antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, trade compliance, and navigating clients through various government agencies and courts.

While earning her bachelor’s degree in political science, Caroline worked as an English tutor. As an undergrad, Caroline also spent a term abroad in Brazil, which gave her the opportunity to observe first-hand the impact of domestic developments and public policy in another part of the world.

Caroline’s ease with people from diverse backgrounds, strong communication skills, and observant nature make her an invaluable ally for our clients and the legal teams she supports.

Before joining Harris Bricken, Caroline worked for a counseling center where her work focused on providing guidance and assistance to victims of abuse.  Empowerment work is near and dear to her heart and is an effort she continues through her volunteer work.

Though she currently resides in Seattle, Caroline is proud of her Midwestern roots and hometown of Chicago. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, reading, volunteering, making friends with every dog she meets, and, of course,  watching the Chicago Blackhawks.
