Alexa is a dedicated business attorney with experience working with both large and small clients from a wide variety of industries, including emerging technologies, fashion, and entertainment.
Alexa earned both a J.D. and an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of Washington. While at Pepperdine, Alexa was the business editor of the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law and president of the Graziadio Entertainment Society. Her education and professional experience uniquely position her to provide our clients with the robust corporate legal advice they need.
Before joining Harris Bricken, Alexa provided in-house counsel for executives at an e-commerce furniture company based out of Los Angeles. She assisted her employer with a wide range of corporate matters while helping the company build and secure their growing intellectual property portfolio. Alexa’s ability to advocate for clients while retaining a big picture perspective makes her invaluable to the success of our firm and to the health of our clients’ businesses.
Prior to graduate school, Alexa attended the University of Washington in Seattle and she tries to get back there any chance she has. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking in all of the sights, sounds and culinary and cultural delights Los Angeles has to offer.
