Vince asesora a una gran variedad de empresas en transacciones y en conflictos, incluyendo asuntos de derecho de propiedad intelectual e inmobiliario. Vice es un experimentado profesional especialmente en derecho relacionado con la industria musical y en el derecho de marcas, convirtiéndose además en un reputado profesional en una industria con una  rápida evolución como la del cannabis en Oregón. A Vince no lo asusta el recorrer grandes distancias para sus clientes. Sólo en los dos últimos años, ha negociado casos en cuatro distritos de Oregón y se ha responsabilizado de  numerosos arbitrajes y un sinfín de mediaciones.

Vince se graduó de la facultad de derecho de la universidad Lewis y Clark, iniciándose en la „Cornelius Honor Society“, en reconocimiento por su rendimiento destacado en las ciencias, su liderazgo y su servicio. Ganó el Phillip C. Jessup International Law Mid-Atlantic Wettkampf y el „Best U.S. Brief“ en 2009.

Antes de ejercer como abogado, Vince vivió en Japón y trabajó y viajó extensamente en Asia, Europa y América. Habla español fluidamente y también tiene conocimientos del japonés. Mientras vivía en Nueva York trabajó en un bufete boutique de derecho de las IT, representando a Bob Dylan, Lou Reed y a otros artistas.

Como simpatizante activo del mundo cultural de Oregón, Vince ha trabajado como asesor legal del festival de música Pickathon desde 2011 y en el comité de dirección del Teatro Hollywood desde 2013. También colabora activamente con la Oregon Volunteer Lawyer for the Arts y publica para el Portland Mercury. Los fines de semana, Vince disfruta explorando la belleza del noroeste del Pacífico con su pareja y sus amigos.

Islands Tanning & MedSpa MC, LLC v. Islands Tanning and Med Spa, Inc.: Represented franchisee in seven-day jury trial, alleging violation of franchise laws, unlawful business trade practices, fraud, breach of contract, interference with business relations, and intentional infliction of emotional distress; successfully prosecuted claims against franchisor and prevailed on all counts.

Stuart L. Bailey and Christalle Anne Ezelle v. Spectrum Construction Pacific LTD: Represented plaintiff homeowner and third party defendant Umpqua Bank. Prevailed on summary judgment, resulting in dismissal of wrongful attempt by contractor to foreclose construction lien.

Alfieri v. Solomon: Wrote briefs to Oregon Court of Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court in pending case, arguing that the mediation confidentiality provisions of ORS 36.220-36.238, do not shield attorneys in legal malpractice actions arising out of an attorney’s conduct at mediation.
