Daniel Shortt

Daniel asiste a nuestros clientes en formaciones de empresas, en transacciones mercantiles, asuntos de licencias y litigios. Daniel disfruta ayudando a los empresarios a llevar su negocio en industrias fuertemente reguladas.

Daniel comenzó en Harris Moure como becario mientras estudiaba en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Washington. Previamente, Daniel fue becario con el juez Richard Baldwin del Tribunal Supremo de Oregón y en la división de Empleo de los Abogados de Seattle. En la Universidad de Washington, Daniel fue miembro fundador de la Asociación de derecho y de negocio y fue su vicepresidente inicial.

Daniel también trabajó extensamente con el Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board para establecer y consolidar el Proyecto de ley y de la política del cannabis (Cannabis Law and Policy Project – CLPP). Daniel trabaja como el editor del blog CLAPP y fue nombrado como miembro Hazelton para investigar la ley de cannabis en Washington.

Antes de estudiar derecho, Daniel estudió música en la Universidad de Gonzaga, centrándose en la guitarra de jazz. Después de College, Daniel trabajó y fue voluntario en el Boys and Girls club. En su tiempo libre, a Daniel le gusta tocar la guitarra, tomar clases de boxeo, y apoyar a los equipos deportivos locales.
