Matthew Dresden

Matthew konzentriert sich in seiner Arbeit auf internationales und chinesisches Recht mit besonderem Fokus auf Technologie- und Medienrecht und die Arbeit mit chinesischen Transaktionen und gewerblichem Eigentum. Er vertritt ein breites Spektrum an Mandanten, von Start-Ups bis zu NYSE-Börsenunternehmen. Seine bisherige Arbeit umfasste Rechtssachen für Filmstudios, Kabelfernsehsender, Film- und Fernsehproduktionsfirmen, Entwickler von Videospielen, Magazine, Restaurants, Weingute, internationale Designfirmen, Produkthersteller, Outsourcing-Firmen und Computerhardware und –softwarefirmen.

Vor seinem Jurastudium hat Matthew acht Jahre lang in Hollywood als freischaffender Filmemacher und Produktionsvorstand für Roger Cormans Concorde – New Horizons Pictures gearbeitet. Davor hat er drei Jahre lang Informatik an der Stanford University studiert. Er hat außerdem als Journalist, Transportplaner, Restaurantkritiker und Website-Entwickler gearbeitet.

Matthew ist in der San Francisco Bay Area geboren und aufgewachsen. In seiner Freizeit sieht er gerne Filme, wandert, kocht scharfes Essen und verbringt Zeit mit seiner Frau und seiner Tochter.
