Alison Malsbury

Alison konzentriert sich in ihrer juristischen Tätigkeit auf das Unternehmens- und Urheberrecht und arbeitet hauptsächlich mit unseren Mandanten aus der Cannabis-, Lebensmittel- und Alkoholindustrie. Sie betreut Mandanten in Vertragsangelegenheiten, bei Firmengründungen, beim Schutz gewerblichen und geistigen Eigentums und bei der Erfüllung gesetzlicher Auflagen und arbeitet bevorzugt mit kreativen Geschäftsleuten auf allen Stufen der Unternehmensentwicklung zusammen.

Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei Harris Bricken hat Alison in der Rechtsabteilung eines der weltgrößten Softwareunternehmen gearbeitet, wo sie umfassende Erfahrung mit Markenrecht und Technologielizenzierungen in Silicon Valley sammeln konnte.

Sie hat ihr Studium Cum Laude an der Santa Clara University School of Law absolviert, wo sie zudem die technische Redakteurin des Santa Clara Journal of International Law war. Sie hat mehrfache Auszeichnungen in IP-Recht erhalten, darunter den High Tech Excellence Award und den Witkin Award für akademische Vortrefflichkeit im Bereich des Patentrechts.

In Seattle aufgewachsen begeistert sich Alison für das Fahrradfahren, Skifahren, Surfen und so ziemlich alle anderen Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Sie ist häufig mit ihrer “adoptierten” Katze Floyd und ihrem Hund Wiley anzutreffen.
