Canna Law Blog

If you want to learn about landlord tenant issues surrounding cannabis operations, we urge you attend The 26th Annual Advanced Conference on Commercial Real Estate Leases, in Seattle on December 5.

On that day (as part of this two day event featuring gobs of the leading real estate lawyers in the state), Canna Law Blog’s own Hilary Bricken (recently chosen as one of the 100 most influential people in the cannabis industry) will be speaking on “Cannabis Operations for Landlords.” In particular, Hilary will be providing the following:

Overview of land use issues, tenant licensing obligations, and lease provisions for commercial landlords with prospective cannabis tenants.

We do feel compelled to point out, however, that this event is very much geared towards lawyers and those with a direct interest in commercial real estate and its $895 tuition reflects that.
