Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are a cutting-edge law firm looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern/assistant to work with our law firm marketing department for 15-25 hours a week. Your work will include preparing promotional presentations, compiling and managing webinars, monitoring social media platforms, and conducting market analysis.

This position will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain experience in law firm/professional services marketing.

Students are welcome, we can accommodate class schedules and you can work remotely.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
  • Help develop content, pre- and post-event marketing materials, and overall logistics for webinars.
  • Contribute to creating mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Draft, edit, and post new website page copy, including employee bios, practice areas, and corporate branding.
  • Research speaking engagements, media appearances, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.

Requirements: 

  • Interested in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
