Robert focuses on helping our clients in the regulated substances industry plan, protect, and expand their businesses. Robert works closely with companies and entrepreneurs at every stage of development to assess their legal needs and to pursue their long-term goals. He has assisted countless clients with company formation, Washington State regulatory compliance, and intellectual protection, and looks forward to continuing to support growing businesses throughout the region.
Robert also assists clients in the areas of export controls, customs, regulatory and trade compliance. By analyzing the latest developments in global trade, Robert enables companies of all sizes to make the most of their cross-border business transactions.
Robert graduated cum laude from Georgetown Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He further developed his knowledge of international law by working at an international trade firm in our nation’s capital and at the Bureau of Industry and Security, and the Software Freedom Law Center.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys tennis, canoeing, hiking, and doting on his pet dog and cat.
